
Terms and Conditions
Prior to the initial consultation you will be asked to complete a number of questionnaires which may take you around one hour to complete. The forms will need to be completed and sent back to clinic 3 days prior to your appointment. Please note, if these forms have not been completed, the consultation may have to be rearranged to a later date.

All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been selected. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24-hours before the appointment time. A loss of fees may be incurred if cancellations are made within 24-hours of the appointment, or there is a ‘no-show’ for the appointment.
Please be aware any testing ordered cannot be refunded as this is through a third-party testing company.
Refunds on sessions paid for in advance are at the discretion of the practitioner.
Following the consultation, emails are acceptable but if the answer to which requires more than 15 minutes, you will be advised to book a 15-minute zoom call which is chargeable.
Emma is happy to answer any initial questions about the consultation process during a discovery call but please be advised that no advice can be given at this stage. Discovery calls are limited to 15 minutes and are also used to understand suitability for an appointment.
